Directions for uploading ads to On Track's transfer site for Lutheran Woman Today.

1. Go to www.thinkvisual.com/exchange

2. Log in using: username = lwtads, password = lwtads598237

3. Select the upload box (center) in the upper right hand corner.

4. Enter the appropriate information in each blank field.

• Subject: enter the file name of the ad and the issue it should appear (example: Mosaic September 2007 issue)
   
• Upload to the appropriate issue folder (month that ad will appear)
  
• Provide a summary of what files are being attached and who to contact with any questions (include your name, phone number, e-mail address)  

5. Select "Attach Images and Files," which takes you to the second page in the process.

6. At "Select File," select the "Browse" button to locate and select the file you wish to upload. You may add a comment here, but it's not necessary.

7. To complete upload, hit the "Attach File to Upload Entry." When files are attached, the name appears in the area below the green "File" rule. Multiple files can be uploaded, but they must be done one at a time, repeating steps 6 and 7 for each file until completed.

Once all your files are attached, close the browser.

Important: File size should not exceed 8 megabytes. The system times out it files larger.
